When can we get started?

Once you have made either full payment or your 50% deposit, design will begin once funds have been received on our end and you have provided us with sufficient information about the work to be completed.

How will you supply me with completed logo files?

Accepted Answer

Your logos will be sent in the following formats: .EPS, .PDF, .JPG, and .PNG. We include vector files that can be scaled to any size; you can increase or decrease the size of the file without risking quality loss.

.JPG - with background
.PNG - no background

What is your turnaround time for a website?

4-6 weeks from payment to completion is a standard site.
We aim for initial homepage design drafts 7 days after 50% deposit has been made and brief has been responded to.

What is your turnaround time for social posts?

Accepted Answer

Design will not commence until payment has been made and received.
Turnaround time is around 1-2 days for social posts after payment has been made, providing all necessary content is supplied by client.

Do you offer printing services?

Accepted Answer

Yes we do.
We have packages that include printed collateral or you can purchase the design file only if you already have a printer you trust!
